Dr. Kumar Mehta is the author of “The Innovation Biome”, and the founder of Bridges Insight, an innovation think-tank.
Kumar worked at Microsoft for fourteen years and was the CEO of a large data analytics company for a decade. He is now focused on researching and educating organizations about the principles of innovation. The simple premise behind his work is that when companies innovate, all of our lives get better.
Kumar also serves as a Senior Research Fellow at the Center for the Digital Future at the University of Southern California and is active as a board member for the Committee for Children, a global nonprofit dedicated to fostering the safety and well-being of children.

Career highlights include helping to tame the unchartered waters of OTT at YuMe and convincing the editor of TIME Magazine to create a stand-alone music issue for a Toyota Camry launch.

He guides GIANT Innovation’s clients to develop cutting edge products, services and business models with minimal resource expenditures using the same Lean Startup Methodology applied in his startup career.
Joshua has deep roots in technology-intensive sectors, having founded and built startups in both Europe and the U.S. He is the former co-head of US investments for SevenVentures, and worked with the core team at Citibank’s D10X program, helping create and roll out an unprecedented number of new startups within the organization.
