Lisa Milgram

Lisa works with Upstream Group to program and produce Seller Forum, partnering with Doug and the Seller Forum Advisory Board to create content for each event. She has 15 years of experience in all facets of the events business with a specialized focus on editorial development. A decade of creating content for events at the intersection of technology and media has given Lisa a unique ability to translate complex industry issues into high-impact event experiences. Whether conferences for 5000+ attendees or intimate forums for C-Suite executives, Milgram has a proven track record of delivering programs with measureable results.

In 2016 Lisa launched 141Events LLC, a consultancy that partners with clients to achieve revenue, business and brand goals through events. As a full-service organization, 141Events works with organizations ranging from tech start-ups to Fortune 500’s on event strategies, annual portfolio development, programming for individual events, as well as hands-on event planning and production. Lisa’s guiding principle for 141Events is an unequivocal belief that every aspect of every event should be the product of strategic thinking about the value the program was created to provide.

Previously Lisa served as Senior Vice President, Member Programs, IAB where she was significantly involved with the needs of 900+ member companies, building programs and business units to meet their objectives while driving revenue for the association. Prior to that, she served as Vice President, Events, overseeing the Association’s portfolio of conferences, events, and member programs- charged with developing long-term strategies for growth as well as supervising the content, sales, marketing and operations for all IAB events.

Lisa began her career planning Legal conferences at Shearman & Sterling LLP, after graduating from American University with a BA in Philosophical Theology and completing post-graduate research in Israel. When not planning events she can be found pursuing her passion for off-the-beaten-path travel, seeing live music, or continually working to improve her skills at No-Limit Hold ‘em Poker.
